After working for decades in mental health and addiction agencies, I knew I wanted to structure my private practice to \nbe more relaxed, client focused and accessible. I limit my case load in order for you to have access to me directly and the ability to schedule an appointment for the same day or the next day in moist cases. My appointments are not back to back, so if our session goes 65 minutes, you\nwon\u2019t feel rushed. I want to honor the steps you\u2019ve taken to get to therapy. Your investment of time, money and energy is not wasted on me.\ni am committed to providing you with an experience that is safe, supportive, valuable and at times light hearted. I use handouts, draw on my white board and provide you with a notebook so you can take notes during, and after our session.
